On Great Cranberry, no food waste may be disposed of as trash.  You can dispose of non-compostable trash, recyclables and other materials at the Transfer Station located about a mile and a half up Cranberry Road, right next to the gas pump.  

Large items such as mattresses can be disposed of for a fee.

Transfer Station Hours:

June 1 - September 15
Mondays 8am - 12pm & Thursdays 12:30 -4:30pm

September 16 - May 30
Mondays 8 - 11am & Thursdays 12 - 3pm
